Two Clean Gourds

Gourds are clean and I have started working on the larger one.

I cut one side out with a small gourd saw.

This is the seed pod that was inside the gourd or guts as I call them.

Some seeds fell out of the seed pod.

Now the other side has been cut out I have a basket.

More later!

Two Dirty Gourds

I thought it was time to share another "work in progress" with my blogger friends.
I love seeing other artist's wip and I also welcome your comments on my wip!
These two gourds will be for May's PFATT Marketplace.
What will they be?
What do you see in these two nasty gourds?

The first thing I will do is...............CLEAN THEM!!!
See ya later!

SPRING!!

My favorite time of year is Fall but I truly love the aromas and colors of Spring.
I have been working in my yard for the past few weeks
and it's coming along nicely
but I still have a lot of work to do.
Here are a few pics of my favorite colors.......

I wish you could smell this Magnolia Fiscata, so yummy!

Orange Gerber Daisy

Triple Yellow Cajun Hibiscus

This yellow rose smells as heavenly as it looks!

Can't remember the name of this....but they are orange!

I will share more pics later!
Thanks for dropping by!

New Piece

I love making birdhouses!!!
Then why don't I make more of them than I do?
I have no clue!
Maybe it's because that's all I use to make
and I got burnt out.
Very pleased with how this one turned out,
that's a good thing!!
